Exception: Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • If melted, refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to re-solidify.
  • Texture may change to balm-like form, but remains effective.
  • No refunds or replacements for melted items.

  • This is normal and does not affect product quality or efficacy.
