Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products and for hygiene and integrity reasons, we maintain a NO REFUND, NO RETURN, AND NO EXCHANGE policy on all purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exception: Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged during transit:
- Notify us within [e.g., 48 hours / 3 days] of delivery.
- Email [[email protected]] with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will replace the item(s) at no extra cost.
- No cash refunds are issued for damaged items.
Order Changes
Once orders are placed and confirmed, they cannot be modified or changed. Double-check your order before submission.
Returned Packages (Incorrect Address)
If returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed shipping information:
- You will be refunded minus a [15% or 20%] restocking fee and original shipping costs.
- Re-shipping is not available to ensure product integrity.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once tracking is assigned by the carrier, Complete Renewal is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Check with local post office and neighbors.
- If unresolved, file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- We can provide the shipment details to assist your claim.
Understanding Our Natural Products: Melding & Consistency
Melted Products (Especially Butters)
- Whipped butters/balms may melt during warm weather or transit.
- If melted, refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to re-solidify.
- Texture may change to balm-like form, but remains effective.
- No refunds or replacements for melted items.
Color Variations
- Expect slight differences in color due to natural ingredients (e.g., turmeric, shea butter).
- This is normal and does not affect product quality or efficacy.
